Clearing Our Pathways
I'm glad you made it here today, my friend...
for knowledge is power... and right here, right now, is where I am going to go on a knowledge seeking journey with you; leading you to a better understanding of: what our pathways are & why we should clear them; and I'm going to link you to the few beneficial tools I use, and to information & techniques that I found beneficial in my personal healing journey that helped me clearing my pathways by myself (or with very little help from anyone else... even though I had severe mobility issues from having my neck broke).
Our bodies are complexly connected by pathways:
Physical / Emotional / Mental / Spiritual
When our pathways are conflicting, our bodies can become at war with itself. In my opinion, there is no peace or healing. when our body is at war with itself. Certain things block our pathways (preservatives, knots, tense muscles, inflammation, cortisol from stress, bad posture, etc) . My focus today, is to help you have a better understanding of what I found and how I found balance so my body could be nourished and heal...

Why Is It Important To Clear Our Pathways?

HOW I CLEAR MY PATHWAYS:
DIFFERENT MASSAGE TOOLS & TECHNIQUES I USE TO CLEAR PHYSICAL PATHWAYS:

Before & Throughout What Ever Type Of Massage I Am Doing. It typically does not take a lot of THS; but it's important to note successfully clearing the pathways means getting the herbs on your skin. I apply THS to the region for clearing (not on a little tiny spot). THS helps me: release muscle spasms, knots, tight muscles, nerve pain, etc and I get the pain relief I'm seeking.

Other versions are impossible for me to use on myself. I only leave them on for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time to eliminate painful bruising... and then I move them around. I bought 2 sets for myself.
